At Valerio & Kufta, Get Better isn't just a slogan, it's our creed. We believe in helping those who need help. Whether it be a person who is seriously injured in an accident, a promising student who can't afford a college education, or people who, through no fault of their own, have fallen on hard times.

We feel fortunate to have achieved enough success in our chosen field to be able to help many of those in need across our community Get Better. I hope that as you read on you will see how, in everything we do at Valerio & Kufta, we’re working to help people Get Better.

charity & community

On the job or on the road, if you’re seriously injured,
no other law firm is more seriously qualified.

At Valerio & Kufta our team of highly experienced trial lawyers, nurses and paralegals insures that every client gets the quality representation they deserve.

Our proven track record of million and multi-million dollar awards is well-known. The insurance companies and the major corporations we go up against on behalf of our clients know that we are not afraid to go to trial if necessary to get our clients the best results possible.

Because we have the skill, experience and financial resources necessary to win at trial, we are able to settle many cases for full value without going to trial.

Our clients are hard working family people who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. We do not represent people with minor problems who are out to make a quick buck. We hate frivolous lawsuits as much as you do. They clog up the courts and make a mockery of the system.

“They all looked at the giant in fear and thought…‘He’s so big, how could we possibly kill him?’ But, when David saw Goliath, he coolly loaded his sling and thought… “He’s so big, how could I possibly miss!’.”

If you’re looking for David, call Valerio & Kufta.

Our qualifications and track record speak for themselves.
Don’t make the mistake of hiring a lawyer based on what they claim in their advertising. Or by what someone tells you about them. It’s your case, not theirs. To find the right lawyer all you have to do is look at two things– their qualifications and track tecord.

Serious qualifications.
