At Valerio & Kufta, Get Better isn't just a slogan, it's our creed. We believe in helping those who need help. Whether it be a person who is seriously injured in an accident, a promising student who can't afford a college education, or people who, through no fault of their own, have fallen on hard times.

We feel fortunate to have achieved enough success in our chosen field to be able to help many of those in need across our community Get Better. I hope that as you read on you will see how, in everything we do at Valerio & Kufta, we’re working to help people Get Better.

charity & community

Teamwork works best.
At Valerio & Kufta, you get more than a personal injury attorney. You get a team committed to working tirelessly to get you everything you’re entitled to. And to help you get better.

Of over 2,000 Rochester area lawyers, only four have met all of the requirements neccesary to be recognized as board-certified civil trial advocates by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.* Mr. Valerio is one of those attorneys.

Of course the dedication to excellence that sets our attorneys apart extends to the entire Valerio & Kufta team. Our on-staff registered nurses are committed to seeing that you get the best medical care possible. Our highly experienced paralegals and professional staff are all there to help you every step of the way.

Unlike other firms where attorneys handle as many as 200 cases at a time, at Valerio & Kufta, we limit the number of cases our attorneys handle to about 35 at a time. This insures that our attorneys and registered nurses can devote the time and energy that each and every one of our clients deserves.

Because our attorneys are on salary, not paid a commission on the final settlement or award, they aren’t looking for the simplest path to a quick settlement. They are committed to devoting the time and energy necessary to get the maximum amount possible for every client.

In addition, Mr. Valerio personally oversees each and every case.

“It’s never been about being the biggest personal injury firm. That would put the focus on us.
Our focus has always been on doing the absolute best job we can for each and every client.
To work as a team to help them get better in every way possible.”
